Omrinet doesn’t limit itself to one particular specialty. We are somewhat of an Imagineer for hire. If you need a problem solved, we will find a solution. In this case it was a group of assisted living facilities needing outdoor signage. The problem was the high cost of long lasting, permanent signage made from large slabs of rock. Our solution was foam. We used a 3 lb styrofoam block, actually several, and sculpted the sign as necessary using various tools. Once we had it looking like a rock we coated it in a special rubberized coating that could easily withstand everything Arkansas weather may throw at it including hail, snow, ice, intense weeks of heat above 100 degrees, etc. We then painted it with high quality Sherwin Williams coatings that can equally withstand the elements. We then slide it into its new home, which was a pre-made slot made from manufactured stone. As you can see from the photo, this 16’x8’ sign looks great, can be seen easily from the road, and adds a very classy sign piece to an already classy facility. Our next sign project is already underway and will be made completely of foam rather than a foam slab held by other material. This will further reduce the cost and time to construct such a sign.
